I had a great experience with Fiona at O+ Eyewear Designer! She was incredibly patient and took the time to guide me through the selection process, helping me find a pair of Spade shades that suited my face shape—without any pressure to buy. I really appreciated her expertise and how she explained everything clearly. I collected my shades on 19 Jan, and now, on 8 Feb, I’m already considering buying another pair from her! On top of that, she was very understanding and accommodating, even when I was there with my two kids (12 and 3 years old). For parents, this is definitely a child-friendly place, which is a huge plus since not all eyewear stores are like this. Highly recommend Fiona and O+ Eyewear Designer if you’re looking for an stress-free, personalized shopping experience!

Went here on 7 February 2025. I was welcomed by Xuan Er and Fiona’s warm hospitality for my prescription contact lenses and eye check-up. I would certainly recommend this place anyone who needs anything eye wear.

Excellent service provided by John! He is very patient and explains in detail what type of spectacles would suit you. They also have a very large variety of bespoke spectacles for you to choose from! Highly recommended!

managed to get my first set of astigmatism contact lens after using regular ones for so long with the help of xuan er...she is a very dedicated staff and took her time to ensure i would walk away with the perfect pair of lens..had some trouble with contact lens being too drying but she helped me find the appropriate pair! she was very friendly and welcoming in the process and made me feel very comfortable during my visit! john was also very friendly and nice 👍👍

First chanced upon this lovely eyewear shop in 2017/2018 and am not surprised that it has since expanded its footprint to their current place at Star Vista.
