Local Shipping

Complimentary local delivery for orders $100 and above within Singapore. For orders below $100, delivery is $5.

Singapore orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via courier. International delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on destination and customs.

Duties, taxes, and brokerage (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. For shipping enquiries, email help@o.plus.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for both online and in-store purchases.

Frames must be unaltered and in good condition. Frames fitted with new lenses cannot be returned. Sale and promo items are returnable if eligible.

You can return at any O+ store in Singapore, or email help@o.plus for a mail return. For change-of-mind mail returns, customer pays return shipping. Approved returns are issued as O+ store credit by default.
