Drop us an email with your order details and your amendments and one of us will get back to you as soon as we can! As delivery is usually within 3 working days, amendments should be made within 24hours of purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy for online and in-store purchases.
To be eligible, the item should be unaltered and in good condition. Frames fitted with new lenses cannot be returned. Sale and promo items can still be returned if they meet the usual conditions.
Easiest option in Singapore: drop by Star Vista, Mandarin Gallery, or OUE Downtown. Prefer mail? Email help@o.plus first. For change-of-mind mail returns, customer pays return shipping.
Approved returns are issued as O+ store credit by default.

All O+ frames come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This covers issues with workmanship or materials under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
To make a claim, email help@o.plus or visit any O+ store with your proof of purchase. We’ll assess the issue and advise on repair or replacement.
Sorry about that. Email help@o.plus within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If we confirm the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, store exchange, or store credit, and cover reasonable return postage.
Slight natural variations in colour, texture, or handmade details are normal and not considered defects.

Fit & Prescription
We’ve included measurements for every frame in the Details section. Our frames are designed to fit most face shapes and sizes. You may go to any optical shop and ask them to help you adjust your frames to improve its fit. However, if they do not fit you well, please refer to our Refund Policy to facilitate a return.
Frames are sold on their own so you can choose the lenses that suit you best.
